Aeroflot’s flagship client office has become a laureate of the prestigious international DNA Paris Design Awards. The project, produced by the Moscow bureau T+T Architects, was highly commended by the jury in the Interior Design / Workplace category.

Aeroflot opened its flagship customer service office on 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya street in Moscow in January 2025.

At the new client office, passengers can buy or rebook tickets and access other services — for example, paying for the flight for an unaccompanied child under company supervision. For elite members of the Aeroflot Bonus program, a separate zone with enhanced comfort is provided on the second floor.

In 2025, the design-project of the flagship Aeroflot office won several well-known architecture and design awards, including the Grand Prix of the Best Office Awards 2025 and a prize at the WORKPLACE AWARDS 2025.

The DNA Paris Design Awards is an international award in architecture and design. It is given annually for outstanding projects characterized by innovation, quality of implementation, and influence on the modern environment. Architecture bureaus and designers from around the world take part in the contest, and winners are selected by an international jury composed of recognized experts.
