Rostec expects to complete certification of the MS-21 aircraft in the first quarter of 2027 and begin serial production: "For the MS-21, a third of the certification flights have been completed. I hope that we will complete them in the first quarter of next year and begin serial production next year."

By 2030, Rostec plans to produce as many as 36 MS-21 aircraft, 20 SSJ-100 aircraft, and 12 Il-114 aircraft.

Rostec expects to begin serial production of the import-substituting Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ-100) aircraft in 2027: "Regarding the Superjets, 80% of all certification flights have been completed, and we plan to receive certification this year. We will begin serial production next year."

Rostec expects to begin serial production of the Mi-171A3 medium-lift, multirole offshore helicopter this year, and expects serial supplies of the import-substituting Ansat helicopter in 2027: "We have completed certification tests for the Mi-171A3 offshore helicopter. This aircraft is very much needed by our oil and gas companies. And we will begin its mass production this year; all certifications have already been completed."
