Utair starts flights from the UAE and the nearest one will be made today, the airline’s press service said.
"Utair starts flights from the UAE. The nearest flight will be today, on March 4.," the press service said.
"An important clarification is that this flight is for passengers unable to depart from Dubai during the period since February 28," the airline added.
