From 3 April Nordwind in partnership with Ikar Airlines will launch scheduled flights on a new route between Moscow and Sukhum.
Flights will operate from Sheremetyevo up to five times a week on a comfortable 110-seater Embraer 190 jet. From 25 May, the frequency will increase to seven times a week, utilising a Boeing 777 aircraft with a capacity of 540 passengers.
The flight time will be 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Nordwind's spring–summer schedule also offers regular flights from Sheremetyevo to Kazan, St Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Orenburg, Bokhtar, and Pyongyang.
