Exactly two decades ago, the first Turkish Airlines flight departed from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. Since then, millions of happy travelers and thousands of flights have flown.

To celebrate this occasion, passengers at Pulkovo Airport were treated to a ballet show, a quiz with prizes, a signature cake, and portraits from an artist. 

The Consul General of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Bashar Bashol, and representatives of Turkish Airlines and the airport congratulated the guests on this important occasion.

The numbers speak for themselves:
● 20 years ago, flights were operated three times a week; today, there are four daily flights!
● Last year alone, Turkish Airlines carried 815,000 passengers from Pulkovo Airport
. ● The airline opens up 134 countries worldwide for travelers through its hub in Istanbul
