A new Apron Operations Control Center has opened at Pulkovo Airport.

What's the gist:

The center is based on Pulkovo's own digital platform, which integrates Russian IT developments (including elements of the RMS program).

How does this work:

●       Sensors on the platform continuously transmit data to the center

●       Dispatchers see all processes occurring with aircraft and 27 ground services

●       Monitoring compliance with regulations and time standards

Pavel Kushnirenko, Chief Operating Officer:

"For a single plane to depart on time, 27 services must perform their operations according to regulations. The new platform makes it possible to monitor compliance with these processes . "
