Aeroflot to launch direct flights from Irkutsk to Sanya (PRC)

Aeroflot is launching new direct flights from Irkutsk to Sanya (PRC). Starting March 7, flights to Hainan Island will operate three times a week. Departures from Irkutsk are scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with return flights from Sanya on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The flights will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft in a two-class layout: Economy and Business. Tickets are available.

In the current seasonal schedule, Aeroflot operates regular direct flights to Sanya from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Ufa, and Khabarovsk.

In 2025, Aeroflot Group carried more than 456,000 passengers between Sanya and nine Russian cities, doubling the year-on-year figure. Based on last year’s results, Aeroflot was recognized as a leader in international tourist transportation to a popular Chinese resort and received the «International Route Performance Star Award» from Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
