Aeroflot PJSC (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) has announced its operating results for December and 12M 2025[1].
December 2025 Key Highlights
- Aeroflot Group carried 4.0 million passengers, an increase of 0.2% compared to December 2024.
- Domestic traffic amounted to 2.9 million passengers; international traffic amounted to 1.1 million passengers.
- Group’s RPK increased by 5.9%, reaching 11.8 billion, ASK grew by 3.4% year-on-year.
- Passenger load factor amounted to 87.9%, up by 2.1 p.p. year-on-year.
- Aeroflot Airlines carried 2.1 million passengers, a decrease of 1.1% compared to December 2024, while RPK increased by 8.0% to 7.8 billion.

2025 Key Highlights
- Aeroflot Group carried 55.3 million passengers, on par with 2024 (up by 0.1%).
- Domestic traffic reached 42.0 million passengers; international traffic reached 13.4 million passengers.
- Group’s RPK increased by 3.4%, reaching 154.1 billion, ASK grew by 2.7%.
- Passenger load factor amounted to 90.2%, an increase of 0.6 p.p. year-on-year.
- Aeroflot Airlines carried 29.5 million passengers. The minor decrease in passenger traffic of 1.8% is attributed to the dynamics of domestic route operations, where the "Shuttle" program on the Moscow – Saint Petersburg route has been in effect since June 2024, resulting in the transfer of Aeroflot Airlines flights to Rossiya Airlines, as well as external factors unrelated to the Company's operational activities. At the same time, production program, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPK), reached 99.9 billion, an increase of 6.0%.
