Pulkovo Airport handled over 90% of flights accepted to the alternate airfield

The airport has taken all necessary measures to stabilize the situation and provided prompt assistance to airlines in servicing passengers.

Airlines have organized re-registration of passengers for other flights and alternative modes of transportation. Some flights have been combined, aircraft have been replaced with wide-body aircraft. Some flights will be operated after the necessary crew rest.

Pulkovo ensures operation in conditions of high intensity of takeoff and landing operations to normalize the schedule.

Passengers of delayed flights are served by airlines in accordance with the Federal Aviation Rules of the Russian Federation with the provision of food and drinks (depending on the duration of the delays).

There are no queues in the airport terminals, the situation in the terminal is calm.

All flights that arrived at the alternate airfield in Pulkovo were promptly serviced along with flights following on schedule.

Pulkovo Airport is operating in the normal mode.
