Northern Capital Gateway has won the HR Brand 2024 Award, one of the largest awards in the field of HR management. The airport was awarded in the Northern Capital nomination for the We Are a Team project, which allows employees to realize their potential through internal part-time employment.

The We Are a Team project was launched in full scale in 2024. Its goal is to support the airport's operational units during the high season. Employees work part-time in other services: with passengers in the terminal, on the apron, in the baggage handling area. For many, this is an opportunity to fulfill a dream - to see the work of the air harbor from a different perspective and feel involved in a common cause. During the high season, up to 20% of the base personnel participate in the initiative.

"Pulkovo is, first and foremost, people who perform a feat every day. "We are a team" is a project about love for these people," said Maria Ermak, HR Director of the Northern Capital Gateway company.

The HR Brand award is organized by hh.ru and is awarded annually to companies for the best practices in working with people. The winners are companies that demonstrate outstanding achievements in personnel management and the development of corporate culture. The finalists are visionaries who set the future of HR in the country and the development vector for the entire industry.
