Aeroflot PJSC (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) today announces Aeroflot Group operating results for February and 2M 2025[1].
2025 Key Highlights
- In 2024, Aeroflot Group achieved high growth rates, significantly surpassing its medium-term development plans. Against the background of the last year's record figures and a high base effect, there has been a decrease in certain indicators in the reporting period.
- In 2025, the Group continued to drive its business forward, focusing on long-term goals.
- Aeroflot Group carried 3.6 million passengers, 2.3% down vs. February 2024.
- In domestic segment 2.7 million passengers were carried, 3.3% down vs. February 2024 which is explained by the calendar effect indicated above.
- In international segment 903.4 thousand passengers were carried, 1.0% up vs. the same period of 2024.
- Group’s passenger turnover is comparable to February 2024 and amounted to 10.0 billion RPKs.
- Passenger load factor remains at historically high levels and amounted to 89.0%, in domestic
and international segment – 91.0% and 86.5% respectively. - Aeroflot Airlines carried 1.9 million passengers, 3.9% down vs. the same period of 2024. Aeroflot’s RPK increased by 2.1% year-on-year. Decrease in operational performance was driven by the transfer of Aeroflot’s flights on the route from Moscow to St. Petersburg to Rossiya Airlines in frame of the Shuttle program (started in June 2024), thus passenger traffic of Rossiya Airlines increased by 14.8% in February 2024, including 21.2% on domestic routes.

- Aeroflot Group carried 7.5 million passengers, 0.1% down vs. the same period of 2024.
- In domestic segment Aeroflot Group carried 5.6 million passengers, 1.0% down vs. 2M 2024.
- In international segment 1.9 million passengers were carried, 2.4% up vs. the same period
of 2024. - Group’s RPK increased by 1.4%, ASK increased by 2.1% year-on-year.
- Passenger load factor amounted to 87.4% and is comparable to last year.
- Aeroflot Airlines carried 4.1 million passengers, 1.4% down vs. the same period of 2024. Aeroflot’s RPK increased by 4.9% year-on-year.
