The operator of Pulkovo Airport and Vnukovo Airport intend to exchange up-to-date information on the stages of arrival and departure of aircraft flying between the airports using the automation tools of Aviaportal (NPO Almaz). The corresponding trilateral agreement was signed within the framework of the XII National Exhibition and Forum of Civil Aviation Infrastructure NAIS 2025.
The cooperation envisages the creation of a unified information basis for the implementation of joint decision-making procedures A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making) between Vnukovo and Pulkovo airports.
The system integrator "Aviaportal" collects, processes and provides information on air and ground traffic. This allows to increase the efficiency of airport operations.
The agreement also provides for the introduction of innovative technologies in the production activities of airports, an increase in capacity and improvement of flight punctuality at Vnukovo and Pulkovo, and an improvement in the fuel efficiency of flights by reducing taxiing times, which will increase the attractiveness of airports for air carriers.
"Such cooperation will improve the coordination of joint actions in ensuring the daily flight plan by exchanging information on aircraft movements, planning and allocating resources based on this data, promptly responding to changes in the schedule, preventing overloads. This will contribute to increasing the punctuality of flights between airports and the efficiency of operational activities ," said Andrey Drobovich, Deputy General Director, Chief Operating Officer of Northern Capital Gateway (Pulkovo Airport).
