Aeroflot, in partnership with a tour operator, launches flight program to Egypt from Kazan and Ekaterinburg

Aeroflot, in partnership with the tour operator Biblio-Globus, is launching a program of its own direct flights to Egypt from Kazan and Ekaterinburg. The first flight from Kazan to Hurghada is scheduled for October 7, followed by the first flight to Sharm El Sheikh on October 8. Flights from Ekaterinburg  to both Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh will also begin on October 7. All routes will operate three times per week.

A Boeing 737 will be used on routes between Russian regions and popular Egyptian resorts in a two class layout — Economy and Business.

Tickets are available for purchase exclusively as part of travel packages from Biblio-Globus or through authorized agencies.

Direct flights from Russian cities to the Red sea coast are expected to be in high demand among beach vacation lovers. Earlier, Aeroflot announced the launch of its first direct flight program to Egypt from Krasnodar, in partnership with Biblio-Globus. As part of this ongoing cooperation with the tour operator, year-round flights to Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh from Saint-Petersburg and Moscow will also continue.
