On January 31, Aeroflot opens its flagship client office in the heart of Moscow. The new two-level office, covering 1277 m², is located at 2, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, just a short walk from Mayakovskaya metro station. It is designed to serve all types of clients, including Aeroflot Bonus members. The office will be open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:30, and Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00.

At the flagship office, clients can purchase or rebook flight tickets, buy additional services, get certificates for completed flights or their cost, and access other services.

The interior of the office is designed in Aeroflot’s corporate style, featuring modern, high-quality materials. The entrance is equipped with large digital screens that showcase information about Aeroflot’s history and its development strategy.

Clients will be greeted by staff who will ensure comfort and provide any necessary information. The office operates an electronic queue system that directs visitors to the available specialists. There are also comfortable waiting areas, restrooms, a café, and an interactive kids’ corner with aviation-themed elements.

The first level has 14 service windows, including those for Aeroflot Bonus members at Basic, Basic Plus, and Silver levels.

The second level features a dedicated service area for Gold and Platinum members of the Aeroflot Bonus program. VIP clients will have access to 8 private meeting rooms, each named after a Russian city, offering a more personalized and private experience.

All passengers who purchase tickets on opening day will receive a commemorative gift from Aeroflot.
