Aeroflot Group has announced a comprehensive review of traffic results at the Krasnoyarsk hub. In 2024, Aeroflot, Rossiya Airlines, and Pobeda Airlines operated flights from Krasnoyarsk International Airport named after D.A. Hvorostovsky to 27 domestic and 10 international destinations.
In total, airlines within the Group transported 2.16 million passengers through the Siberian hub, marking an 38% increase compared to last year. This figure accounts for half of the total passenger traffic at Krasnoyarsk Airport for the year. More than 1.8 million passengers traveled on domestic flights, representing a remarkable 31% surge compared to 2023. Meanwhile, international travel saw a substantial 84% growth, with over 350 000 passengers served.
In a historic milestone, Aeroflot and Rossiya Airlines, operating under the SU code, achieved a significant milestone with passenger traffic through Krasnoyarsk surpassing 2 million travelers for the first time. Additionally, Pobeda Airlines successfully transported over 135 000 passengers.
Among the most popular domestic routes from Aeroflot Group’s Krasnoyarsk hub are Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Blagoveshchensk, Irkutsk, Ekaterinburg, and Novosibirsk. The most in-demand international destinations were Phuket, Tashkent, and Osh.
