Aeroflot started flights from Moscow to Denpasar

Aeroflot launched direct flights from Moscow to Denpasar (Bali, Indonesia). Regular flights between Russia and Indonesia have been resumed for the first time since 2020: flights were discontinued due to the coronavirus pandemic. The resumption of direct flights is the result of coordinated work and joint efforts of Aeroflot, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Embassy of Indonesia in the Russian Federation and the Russian—Indonesian Business Council.

Pleasant surprises awaited the passengers of the first flight SU296 Moscow — Denpasar at Sheremetyevo airport: a special mood for the trip was created by background Indonesian music and recognizable exotic flavors of Bali at the check-in counters, as well as small souvenirs and sweets from Aeroflot. All passengers also received memorable gifts in honor of the flights opening from Aeroflot's partner — the travel operator Biblio-Globus.

In the current seasonal schedule, Aeroflot will operate twice-weekly flights from Moscow to Denpasar — on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The return flight is on Wednesdays and Sundays. On October 3, a third weekly flight will be added, departing from Moscow on Thursdays, and from Denpasar on Fridays.
