Shanghai is a new location on Rossiya’s flight map

The new Rossiya (Aeroflot Group) flight schedule from Vladivostok to Shanghai started on June 2. Flights from Primorsky Krai to the People’s Republic of China city are scheduled three times a week on Superjet 100 aircraft.

Russia’s new route will be in particular demand for domestic business community representatives developing cooperation in the region. Russia’s Far East in general and Primorsky Krai specifically are actively strengthening ties with partners from China. Shanghai is a modern metropolis on the eastern coast of China, a leading financial, economic, trade and scientific and technical center of the Asia-Pacific region and the whole world, and the largest seaport.

The destination will also be popular among travelers wishing to immerse themselves in Chinese culture. Shanghai is a famous and distinctive center of attraction for tourists. The city has a developed infrastructure and is ready to offer guests a variety of leisure activities, acquaintance with local traditions, and quality shopping.

Vladivostok-Shanghai flights operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with return flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

SU/FV6647 departs Moscow at 21:40 and arrive at 23:15. SU/FV6648 departs Moscow at 1:15 and arrive at 6:35.

Times are indicated in the local time for each airport.

Rossiya operates Superjet 100 aircraft on the route with a two class cabin layout. Total passenger capacity is 87 people (75 seats in Economy class and 12 in Business class).

China is an important and promising flight destination for Russia. The airline already operates flights from Vladivostok to Harbin. The summer schedule also includes flights from Krasnoyarsk to Beijing and Harbin, and flights from the Siberian air hub to the Chinese resort of Hainan Island are planned.
