Direct Rossiya flights (Aeroflot Group) will connect St. Petersburg and Almaty from June 1. Flights are scheduled four times a week. Economy and Business fares tickets are on sale.
The new direction on the Rossiya route network is being launched as part of the development of the international air service from the carrier’s north-western air transport hub. The airline will open up more opportunities for the development of cooperation between the countries, growth of mutual tourist flows and expansion of domestic business abroad. Flights to Kazakhstan’s largest city be relevant for business passengers, travelers and residents of the republic.
Rossiya flights between St. Petersburg and Almaty will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
SU/FV6531 will depart St. Petersburg at 00:50 and arrive at 07:35.
SU/FV6532 will depart Moscow at 08:50 and arrive at 12:05.

Rossiya will operate Airbus 319 aircraft on the route. The liners have a two-class layout with 120 Economy and 8 Business seats.
Cities in Kazakhstan are traditionally popular international destinations for Rossiya flights. The airline regularly launches new routes and increases flight frequency on popular routes. This summer season, passengers can fly from the Siberian air transportation hub, Krasnoyarsk Airport, to Almaty and Astana, and from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport to Kostanay.
