Russia and North Korea are discussing establishment of a tourist flow and the launch of charter flights for tourist groups, Minister of Natural Resources Alexander Kozlov told TASS.

"We discussed tourist flow forming. As soon as it will be done, charter flights will open," the minister said.

Charter flights and not the scheduled air service are meant so far, Kozlov added.
