"The Russian Federation has a plan to produce a thousand different airplanes by 2030, it is not only MC-21 and Superjet New, but also other airplanes," he said. - I would not say that there is some kind of demand to get rid of any Western airliners. But there is a desire and a need to buy new Russian airplanes, those that will be made in cooperation with Belarus.

Cherginets added that if possible, the airline would buy MC-21, Superjet New airplanes as early as tomorrow. "However, while they are still going through the stage of testing, refinements and so on, there are not enough import-substituted components," he said. - However, the process is underway, and I am confident that everything will work out in the end." According to him, no airplane in the world, of any manufacturer, be it Boeing, Airbus, Embraer or Bombardier, is produced quickly.
