Pulkovo Airport together with Etihad Airways organized a unique tour for representatives of the tourism industry, demonstrating the airport infrastructure and the carrier's aircraft.
 
Participants got acquainted with the airport's solutions for ensuring "seamless service" for passengers, and also assessed the level of comfort on board the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
 
"Etihad Airways has proven itself as a reliable partner, providing not only direct flights to the UAE, but also convenient connections through its hub in Abu Dhabi to countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America and Australia," noted Asiyat Khalvashi, Director of Aviation Commerce at Northern Capital Gateway (the operator of Pulkovo Airport).

On the St. Petersburg - Abu Dhabi route, the carrier offers 2 classes of service - economy and business. Business Class guests can expect a unique comfortable seat that folds out into a full-size bed, an a la carte menu - everything contributes to passengers arriving rested. The collaboration with designer Giorgio Armani and Armani/Casa, including a ceramic dinner set, glasses, cutlery and serving dishes, as well as premium bed linen, emphasizes the exclusivity of traveling in Business Class.

Ergonomic seats in the Economy Class cabin with extra legroom and a large backrest angle ensure a comfortable flight. Passengers are offered amenity kits, personal blankets and pillows.

The E-BOX entertainment system with a wide selection of content and a menu tailored to individual preferences is available in all classes of service.

The flight program to the capital of the UAE from Pulkovo was launched in the fall of 2023, increasing the total passenger flow to the UAE by 20%. Etihad Airways flights on the St. Petersburg - Abu Dhabi route are operated three times a week.
