A microelectronics repair shop has opened at Pulkovo Airport. The unique internal competence center will allow diagnostics and modernization of special equipment and machinery.

The list of equipment serviced includes equipment for ground handling of aircraft: de-icing machines, baggage handlers, tractors, snow removal machines.

The center plans to maintain the uninterrupted operation of more than 400 units of self-propelled vehicles and equipment.

The repair shop will be engaged in the restoration of components in the equipment on the airport territory, as well as their replacement with domestic analogues. In the future, the center is planned to create unmanned equipment for work at the airfield (airfield vacuum cleaners, baggage tractors). The project will ensure the equipment is maintained in constant readiness, as well as its fast and high-quality restoration.
