The document was validated by the signatures of Deputy CEO for Information Technology and security at Aeroflot Anton Matskevich and Deputy CEO for Technologies at X Holding Artem Ikoev.

The companies plan to jointly implement projects in the field of infrastructure, telecommunications and information security, develop domestic IT-technologies, actively participate in the digital transformation of Russia’s transport complex, and create high-demand industry-specific IT solutions.

Anton Matskevich, deputy CEO for Information Technology and security at PJSC Aeroflot:

«Aeroflot traditionally ranks among the domestic leaders by level of digitalization. In these new times, the airline is actively implementing import substitution and is one of the first to use advanced Russian IT developments. Collaboration with X Holding Group will be next step in implementation of the update digital development strategy of Russia’s largest air carrier. I am confident that our joint work will result in relevant and reliable IT solutions that can later be successfully used by other participants in the domestic transportation sector.»

Artem Ikoev, Deputy CEO for Technologies at X Holding:

«We are pleased to expand our collaboration with Aeroflot, which serves millions of clients in Russia and globally. It is crucial today, amidst current conditions, to ensure not only comfort and technological advancements for passengers but also to provide information security and stability across the entire system in such a strategically important company within the industry. Our partnership, which began with satellite communication cooperation, will significantly expand through joint efforts on introducing high-tech products in the field of information security and technological infrastructure.»

The signing of this memorandum marks a new stage in the relationship between two leading players in the transport and IT markets.
