The decision to increase the frequency of flights in the summer of 2025 was made following a visit to China by the Chairman of the St. Petersburg Transport Committee Valentin Enokaev and the General Director of the Pulkovo Airport operator Leonid Sergeev.
The number of flights to Shanghai will increase from 7 to 10 flights per week, and in the future – to 14 flights per week. Flights will be operated by China Eastern Airlines.
The frequency of flights to Beijing will increase from 2 to 7 per week. Flights will be operated by Hainan Airlines. The airline confirmed its intention to develop air service between St. Petersburg and Hainan Island, planning to open flights from Pulkovo to Sanya and Haikou.
Currently, you can fly from Pulkovo Airport to Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu.
