A discussion on the topic of "Experience Economy: a New Trend or a Growing Necessity?" was held on the campus of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University as part of the conference "Management of the Future 2024". Alexey Teslo-Danilov, Director of Non-Aviation Commerce at Northern Capital Gateway, told students how impressions are created for passengers at Pulkovo Airport.

He stressed that without a quality core product, efforts to create impressions are meaningless. That is why the airport is implementing projects aimed at speeding up pre-flight services and creating a comfortable, seamless environment. In such conditions, passengers are more willing to make purchases.
