Aeroflot to open tickets sales to Havana. Starting from December 24, twice weekly regular flights to the capital of the Republic of Cuba will be operated by Rossiya Airlines (part of the Aeroflot Group) — on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Havana will become the second destination of Cuba, where Aeroflot Group operates flights. In July, regular flights to the popular Cuban resort of Varadero were opened. The decision to resume air communication with Cuba was announced in May 2023, during the visit to Cuba of the Russian delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

On flights from Moscow to Havana, it is planned to introduce the Sleep+ service, within which passengers will be able to book a block of three or four seats in economy class. This service has already been implemented on flights from Moscow to Varadero, and it is in high demand from passengers. Detailed information about the service is published on the airline's website.
