SCAT Airlines will launch flights to the capital of Kazakhstan from Pulkovo airport

The Northern Capital Gateway Company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the launch of direct flights between St. Petersburg and Astana.

From October 30, SCAT Airlines will start operating flights from the Northern capital to Astana. The carrier will operate flights 2 times a week: on Fridays and Sundays. According to the schedule, the flight will depart from Astana at 20:50 and arrive in St. Petersburg at 22:10. Departure from Pulkovo airport is scheduled for 23:20, arrival in Astana at 06:40.

SCAT Airlines will operate a Boeing 737 aircraft on the route.

Passengers can book tickets on the airline 's website .

This is the second flight of SCAT Airlines from Pulkovo Airport to Kazakhstan. In June, the carrier launched a flight to the resort city of Aktau .

Recall that earlier the parliament of the capital of Kazakhstan decided to rename Nur-Sultan to Astana.
