The Northern Capital Gateway Company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces that it has served the millionth passenger of Smartavia since the beginning of the year.

Today, August 24, the millionth Smartavia passenger has been served at Pulkovo Airport since the beginning of 2022. Also today, the airline has carried its 2 millionth passenger since the beginning of the year across the entire route network.

Passengers were congratulated by Anatoly Semenyuk, General Director of Smartavia, and Andrey Drobovich, First Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Northern Capital Gateway, which manages Pulkovo Airport.

The millionth passenger of Smartavia at Pulkovo Airport was Alexander Golubev, a resident of St. Petersburg, who took a Smartavia flight to Mineralnye Vody. Alexander lives and works in St. Petersburg, enjoys various sports, including mountain tourism.

Alexander received a certificate for any Smartavia flights, a certificate for service in the airport's business lounge and memorable souvenirs from Pulkovo Airport.

Diana Khaidarova, a preschool psychologist and kindergarten teacher, became the airline's two millionth passenger across the entire route network. Diana lives and works in Arkhangelsk. She and her husband love to travel around Russia.

Anniversary Smartavia passenger at Pulkovo Airport was congratulated by Anatoly Semenyuk, General Director of the airline, and airport managers. From the airline, Diana was presented with a certificate for any flight by Smartavia, a certificate for service in the airport's business lounge and memorable gifts from Pulkovo Airport.

Smartavia is one of the largest Russian airlines in terms of traffic at Pulkovo Airport. Currently, the carrier operates flights from St. Petersburg to 15 Russian destinations. In the summer of 2022, new destinations appeared in the airline's route network : Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Volgograd.
