Northern Capital Gateway LLC, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the restoration of flights to Chengdu (China) by Sichuan Airlines.

From July 27 on Wednesdays, Pulkovo Airport will begin serving Sichuan Airlines flights to Chengdu (China).

According to the schedule, departure from Chengdu airport is scheduled for 16:15, arrival in St. Petersburg - at 19:50. The return flight will depart St. Petersburg at 21:50 and arrive in Chengdu at 11:05. The time for each airport is local. The schedule is valid until the end of October.

In addition, the airline has planned several additional charter flights.

Please note that certain categories of passengers are allowed to enter China. We recommend that you clarify the rules for entering the country before planning your trip.

In addition, passengers traveling to China from Russia must have a PCR test made no earlier than 72 hours before departure, as well as an IgM antibody test, which must be carried out in medical institutions accredited according to the ISO15189 standard (references in Chinese or English). Also, upon arrival, passengers must undergo a 14-day quarantine in an observatory and a second PCR test.  

Recall that regular flights between St. Petersburg and Chengdu, China, were suspended due to restrictions related to Covid-19 in March 2020.
