Northern Capital Gateway LLC, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the air harbor on June 24, 2022.

Today, June 24, the air harbor of St. Petersburg - Pulkovo Airport celebrates its 90th anniversary.

In honor of this date, a "Time Capsule" was installed at the airport's forecourt. For 10 years, it will store messages and wishes for the future generation of travelers from passengers in 2022. The collection of wishes took place in June in the terminal. Volunteers collected over 100 signed postcards. It is planned to open the capsule for the 100th anniversary of Pulkovo Airport. 

The capsule was installed inside one of the columns located in front of the airport entrance.

The ceremony was attended by airport employees and honored guests.

On the same day at Pulkovo Airport, on one of the screens at 12:00, the countdown to the anniversary day ended. Passengers and guests were able to hear a voice congratulation.

Festive events are complemented by special offers for passengers from Pulkovo tenants. Travelers can purchase a limited collection of airport souvenirs. Also, in restaurants, cafes and shops located on the territory of the airport, holiday sets are available in the amount of 1932 rubles, which is identical to the year the air harbor was founded.

A festive photo zone has been installed in the Milady flower shop, located on the 1st floor of the common area of ​​the terminal.

It should be reminded that on June 3, a jubilee photo exhibition opened in Pulkovo, showing 20 photographs that reveal the history of the airport, starting from 1932. It is located on the third floor of the terminal behind the pre-flight screening area for domestic airlines and will continue its work until the end of July.
