Aeroflot will not publish financial statements for Q1 2022

PJSC Aeroflot (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) informs that the Company has made a decision not to publish financial statements for Q1 2022 as some shareholders are not able to make investment decisions and take actions with Company’s securities. Disclosure of material information in the current circumstances may put a number of stakeholders in a better position in relation to others, which goes against best practice in corporate governance and does not act in best interests of Company’s shareholders.
