The Northern Capital Gateway Company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, reports an increase in Turkish Airlines flights from St. Petersburg to Istanbul up to 21 times a week.
From March 6, 2022, Turkish Airlines will add one daily flight to Istanbul from Pulkovo Airport. The number of carrier flights per day will increase to three.
Turkish Airlines will operate a new flight according to the following schedule. Departure from Istanbul - at 02:00, arrival in Pulkovo - at 05:50 the next day. The return flight from St. Petersburg is scheduled for 07:20, arrival at Istanbul Airport at 11:15.
Recall that from February 28, Turkish Airlines began serving flights on Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft (previously, smaller Airbus A321 flights were operated on the route).
Pegasus Airlines will also operate an additional flight between St. Petersburg and Istanbul (Sabiha Gokcen Airport). Departure from Istanbul - March 5 at 22:30, arrival in Pulkovo - at 02:40 the next day. The return flight will take place on March 6. Departure from Pulkovo - at 7:25. The time for each airport is local.
