Aeroflot is informing passengers of cancelled flights to/from cities in southern Russia on alternative means of transportation to/from destinations.

Passengers with tickets for cancelled flights from Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Anapa, Stavropol, Volgograd, Belgorod, Voronezh, Simferopol and Gelendzhik, who can reach Astrakhan, Mineralnye Vody and Sochi by ground transport are offered to reissue tickets for Aeroflot flights to Moscow without additional fees and charges.

In order to provide transportation of the maximum number of passengers to/from southern regions of Russia, the airline will operate larger capacity aircraft on Moscow (Sheremetyevo) – Sochi – Moscow (Sheremetyevo) flights for the nearest period.

In order to reissue tickets please contact Aeroflot`s own sales offices or Aeroflot`s call-center by +7 495 223 5555, 8-800 444 5555 (free calls within Russia), *555 (for cell phones).

Passengers having tickets for cancelled flights to southern Russian airports are offered a similar route via Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.

As an alternative, passengers from Simferopol, Anapa, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don can use the rail service: to do this, go to the JSC «Russian Railways» cash offices to arrange rail transportation yourself.

Passengers of cancelled flights, whose plans do not include urgent travel, are offered a forced refund in full or the possibility to re-book tickets for the dates after resumption of air service on these southern destinations.
