Vnukovo Airport has received the prestigious Voice of the Customer award from Airports Council International (ACI World). The Voice of the Customer initiative highlights airports that, despite all the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, prioritized their passengers, did not stop improving the quality of services provided on the territory of the air harbor, strived to ensure that the voice of every client was heard in this challenging times.

For the third year in a row, Vnukovo International Airport takes an active part in the program for monitoring and assessing the quality of services at the airport upon departure (ASQ Departure ACI World), takes into account the opinion of its customers, and pays close attention to the feedback from passengers.

The well-deserved award was received thanks to the well-coordinated work of the professional team of Vnukovo Airport, its involvement, attention, and desire to find an approach to each passenger participating in the survey.

The management and employees of the air harbor demonstrated a high customer focus: they promptly responded and introduced new relevant services for passengers in the face of anti-epidemic restrictions, took timely sanitary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, and ensured the safety and comfort of guests of Vnukovo International Airport.

It is important to note that Vnukovo International Airport has received the ACI World Voice of the Customer award for the second year in a row. In addition, in October last year, Vnukovo received the highest award of the European branch of the Airports Council International ACI EUROPE – Best Airport Awards 2021 in the category “Airports that served 10-25 million passengers”.

Vnukovo International Airport is one of the largest air transport complexes in Russia. Annually, the airport serves about 200 thousand flights of Russian and foreign airlines. The airport's route network covers Russia and neighboring countries, Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. Vnukovo International Airport in 2019 broke a historical record and served over 24 million passengers, which is 11.7% or 2.5 million passengers more than in 2018.

Vnukovo airport complex, with a total area of about 300 thousand square meters, can provide a capacity of up to 35 million passengers per year.
