From January to November 2022, Pulkovo Airport served over 37 thousand passengers of special categories, for which a set of services has been developed.

The Additional Service Department employs 50 people who provide assistance with the movement of a passenger in the terminal building, check-in, formalities and boarding an aircraft, as well as assistance upon arrival.

In the common area of ​​the terminal on the 3rd floor, there is a room for passengers with disabilities, where you can get a wheelchair for independent movement around the airport and any additional information.

There are 4 ambulifts at the airport. This year, 20 on-board wheelchairs were purchased for servicing on board the aircraft. In December, it is planned to reconstruct the service area for passengers of special categories in the check-in hall of the passenger terminal.
