The Precision Systems and Instruments research and production corporation, a subsidiary of Roscosmos, will place a GLONASS ground segment in Venezuela, according to a TASS reporter.

The corresponding contract was signed as part of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Russia and Venezuela.
