Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to consider an increase of air transportation with countries not included into the unfriendly states list, the Kremlin’s website said on Tuesday.
"Proposals to be submitted on the increase of air traffic volumes with foreign states not included into the list of foreign countries committing unfriendly acts against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals," as indicated in the list of presidential assignments.
The head of state also instructed to consider reducing the value-added tax rate for tour operators to zero.
