Rescuers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry completed a survey of the territories at the crash site of the AN-26 aircraft

In Kamchatka, a search operation has been completed at the crash site of the AN-26 passenger aircraft. This decision was made at a meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations and Fire Safety of the city district "Settlement of Palana".

A group of more than 100 people and 19 pieces of equipment was involved in the search work, which lasted more than a month. Rescuers surveyed more than 500 km of the coastal line, almost 600 km2 - with the help of aviation and unmanned aerial systems, as well as over 10 km2 of the seabed.
