The Northern Capital Gateway company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the results of a study by Airports Council International for the second quarter of 2021. Pulkovo Airport is recognized as the best in the ASQ ACI rating among 87 European airlines in terms of overall passenger satisfaction with the quality of service.

The performance of each participating airport was assessed according to 34 criteria, including safety and thoroughness of screening, comfort of waiting areas, terminal cleanliness, services of business lounges, a parking complex, Wi-Fi, availability of restaurants and shops, and other indicators.

As a reminder, Pulkovo Airport was previously awarded the ACI ASQ rating in the category “Best Airport in Europe” in the category “15-25 million passengers per year” in 2019 and 2020. Also in 2020, Pulkovo became the first Russian airport to receive the Airport Health Accreditation Program certificate, confirming the effectiveness of the implemented measures to protect the safety and health of passengers and employees during a pandemic.
