S7 Group, the largest private aviation holding in Russia, announces the creation of a new airline that will operate according to the classic model of a lowcost carrier - a low-tariff carrier. The sale of air tickets will open in the spring of 2022, and the start of flights is scheduled for July 2022.

The airline's fleet will consist entirely of new comfortable Airbus A320neo aircraft. Currently, a preliminary agreement has already been signed for the supply of the first four planes. In the first three years, the airline plans to increase the fleet by 6-8 aircraft annually. According to forecasts, in 2024, the low-cost airline's fleet will consist of more than 20 aircraft.

The route network of the new airline will be focused on direct interregional destinations mainly in the central part of Russia.

At the moment, the team of a new airline is being formed. It will also include professionals from other companies of the S7 Group holding, who have a lot of accumulated experience and will be able to successfully apply it within the framework of a new project.

In the near future, the new team will be engaged in the development of the route network, the choice of airports, the formation of tariffs.

According to current forecasts, the passenger traffic of the new airline in the first year of operation will be about 1 million passengers transported, and starting from 2024 it is planned to reach the figure of 6-7 million passengers.
