The training on S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to repel a massive rocket artillery strike of a mock enemy was held with the crews of the military unit of the air force and air defence formation of the Eastern Military District on Sakhalin.

After receiving a signal about the violation of the air borders by the aircraft of the mock enemy, the S-400 air defence systems crews were alerted. During the practical part, they worked out actions to search for aircraft, detect them, determine the classification of targets and conditionally destroy the attacking air means of the mock enemy.

At the end of the training, the crews hit the air targets of the mock enemy with electronic missile launches.
