Ural Airlines launched its own training center for aviation engineering and technical specialists

The Federal Air Transport Agency (FAVT) and the EASA agency on the eve of the documentary confirmed the airline's right to carry out educational activities for aviation engineers and technical specialists and entered the certificate in the official register of European and Russian aviation training centers.

Already in July of this year, the first group of engineers and technicians will start to study the design of a new aircraft.

All training classrooms of the UTC are equipped in accordance with European and Russian standards, and the requirements for the material and technical base are met in full. Students have access to not only theoretical teaching materials, but also have the opportunity to take practical classes on real material.

This center is one of the few in Russia where instructors are practicing engineers who work in production. This means that students are given the most necessary and relevant knowledge and skills. One of the advantages of the Ural Airlines' ATC ATC commissioned into operation is the independence of the technical center from subcontracted educational organizations in matters of training engineers and aircraft technicians.

Moreover, the airline was able to provide personnel training services to third-party aviation technical organizations, including foreign companies. The launch of the training center makes it possible to implement a training program for a personnel reserve, specialists plan to invite graduates of aviation colleges and technical schools with the prospect of further work in the divisions of the airline's ATC.
