In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, EMERCOM of Russia will deliver humanitarian aid to the Republic of India. Aid to a friendly country is directed to fight the pandemic and take the necessary measures to minimize the spread of coronavirus infection.

Two Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will deliver medicines, medical products and equipment to the city of New Delhi as humanitarian aid. More than 22 tons were delivered in total.
