In total, the helicopter pilots spent more than 2 thousand hours in the air, exceeding the annual flight plan by 10 percent. More than a third of landings were made in the dark.
Within the framework of combat training, about 70 exercises were conducted with the crews to search for and detect submarines of the mock enemy.
The pilots performed tasks to ensure the safety of civilian shipping in the Gulf of Aden area.
In the Baltic Sea, the helicopter pilots took part in tests of the newest ships built for the Russian Navy.
