Pulkovo Airport commissioned 20 new commercial facilities in 2021

The Northern Capital Gateway company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the renovation of retail space during 2021.

During 2021, 20 new cafes, restaurants and shops began operating at Pulkovo Airport. Among them there are both local brands that emphasize the belonging of Pulkovo to St. Petersburg, as well as world names. The total revenue of tenants showed an increase of 58%.

The tenant matrix is formed based on market trends and passenger surveys. Thus, in the outgoing year, when choosing new concepts, the opinion of more than 10,000 passengers was taken into account. Today in Pulkovo there are retail outlets in various segments: from goods at affordable prices to premium.

The retail space renovation project ends in December with the opening of 8 new establishments and stores at once. Some of them are presented only at Pulkovo airport.
