Aeroflot again named best airline in Eastern Europe at Business Traveller Awards 2021

Aeroflot has been recognised as the best airline in Eastern Europe for another year at the prestigious Business Traveller Awards.

Business Traveller, a leading British magazine dedicated to premium travel, has held its annual awards for more than 30 years. During this time, the Business Traveller Awards have become one of the most coveted recognitions in the travel industry.

Winners are chosen by readers of the magazine: mainly business travellers, 81% of whom travel in first or business class and make an average of 25.5 flights per year (pre-Covid statistics).

Due to the pandemic-related decrease in the number of trips the readers’ opinions and experiences of earlier travels, communications with the company, efficiency of COVID-19 measures, participation in loyalty programmes, etc were also taken into account, during voting for the nominees in 2021.

Prizes in other categories of the Business Traveller Awards were given to industry leaders such as Emirates, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.
