Nordwind was named among the best Russian airlines in 2021 according to the British consulting agency Skytrax. The airline has strengthened its position as a favorite in the category "Best Carrier in Russia for Resort Destinations" in the Skytrax World Awards 2021.

This rating was a recognition of the fact that the share of resort destinations in the Nordwind route network has significantly increased. Since the beginning of 2021 alone, the airline has transported more than 2,100,000 passengers on regular flights to destinations such as Sochi, Simferopol, Istanbul and others. In addition to its scheduled flight service, Nordwind operates an extensive charter flight program with partner Pegas Touristik.
