Helicopter pilots of Black Sea Fleet conducted tactical flight exercise to improve piloting skills in low cloud conditions

A tactical flight exercise was conducted with the crews of naval aviation and air defence helicopters of the Black Sea Fleet and the army aviation of the Southern Military District in order to improve piloting skills in low cloud conditions and to practice actions for the use of electronic suppression systems.

In accordance with the flight missions, the helicopter pilots performed single and double flights in accordance with the assigned routes by instruments and visual orientation, as well as piloting in the dark.

More than 10 units of aviation equipment were involved in this routine combat training event, including Mi-28N, Ka-52, Mi-35 attack helicopters, Mi-8 and Ka-27 helicopters.
