Pulkovo airport call center employees have answered 300,000 questions from passengers since the beginning of the year

The Northern Capital Gateway company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, reports that it has served over 300,000 calls by call center specialists for 9 months of 2021.

One of the most frequently asked questions was about the possibility of taking a COVID-19 test at Pulkovo Airport.
