Pulkovo airport call center employees have answered 300,000 questions from passengers since the beginning of the year

The Northern Capital Gateway company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, reports that it has served over 300,000 calls by call center specialists for 9 months of 2021.

Employees of the call center at Pulkovo Airport received 300,000 calls from January 1 to September 30, 2021. The most popular topics of inquiries from passengers of the air harbor were: testing for COVID-19, types of services at the airport, a parking complex, flight schedules and forgotten things.

One of the most frequently asked questions was about the possibility of taking a COVID-19 test at Pulkovo Airport.

At Pulkovo airport, you can pass two types of tests for COVID-19. Two PCR testing points operate daily around the clock on the ground floor and in the first-floor medical center. Rapid testing for antigens to coronavirus infection can be taken daily from 10:00 to 18:00 also on the ground floor at the Arrival 2. Passengers receive test results by e-mail in Russian and English.

The second most popular question is related to the time of arrival at the airport before departure and the operation of special services and services.
